Breweries without automation
Manual operation, and still on top of every batch
For a brewery that brews and cools by hand, with no controller and no sensors. Staff record on the phone at the brewhouse and the tank; the brew sheet, the cooling protocol and the excise duty documents build themselves from the entries.
14-day demo · your own brewery on a 60-day trial · monthly, no commitment

An entry in under 10 seconds
Scan the QR code on the tank, enter two numbers, save. No notebook, no copying.
Typos don't get through
An impossible value, such as 36 °P instead of 3.6, is rejected right at the tank.
Records build themselves
The brew sheet, the fermentation curve and the cooling protocol, all from phone entries.
Brewing by hand?
Staff brew by the phone step by step and record the measured temperature and volume at each step. The rest countdown runs with sound and vibration, even with the phone locked in a pocket. The brew sheet builds itself from the entries.
- For decoction the app works out how many litres of mash to draw and what to heat it to
- Weighing in: scan the lot label and enter the number from the scale; the batch records what was actually weighed
- At the end the brew sheet shows what is missing from the record

Writing tank temperatures in a notebook?
Staff scan the QR code on the tank and enter the temperature and extract. Under 10 seconds from the scan to the saved entry. The readings build a fermentation chart and a printable cooling protocol for every tank.
- A morning overview of how many tanks still need a reading
- A tank not measured today and a temperature off target are flagged
- Entries work in a cellar with no signal too
- Phone notifications: fermentation finished, extract stalled, ready for packaging

Setting the cooling on the tank panel?
Assign a cooling profile to the tank. When it is time to change the temperature, staff get an instruction on the phone, set it on the tank panel and confirm “Done”. The app records when it happened.
- A step can wait for the extract, such as a diacetyl rest
- An estimate of the end of fermentation and the packaging day from the extract curve

Lots, kegs and excise duty?
Manual entry is enough for everything else. Material lots, packaging, kegs and the monthly excise duty report work the same as with automation.
- The batch shows which material lots it was brewed from
- Kegs are counted by scanning with the phone during packaging
- Excise duty: we prepare the documents and calculate the duty; the return is filed by the taxpayer

Want more later?
The app is complete without a single sensor. If you want to save the temperature entries too, we supply a Siemens S7-1200 G2 controller with PT100 temperature sensors and a Siemens IoT gateway for your plant; tank temperatures then show online in the app. With a new GF brewhouse the brew sheet writes itself.
- Entries from manual operation stay in the app
- We agree scope and date to suit your operation
How much does it cost?
The price depends on your annual output, so a small brewery pays less. Production is the base; sales and reports are added when you need them.
What if we don't decide right away?
You get 14 days of access to a sample brewery with real data. Then we set up a trial with your own brewery. The app is paid monthly, with no commitment.
Who helps us?
Support is available every day from 8 am to 8 pm, weekends included, by phone, e-mail or the chat on the website. We can also help over Teams, Google Meet or in person.
