Who processes your data

The controller of your personal data is GF technologic, s.r.o., Za Mlýnem 382, 696 02 Ratíškovice, Czech Republic, company ID 04398530, VAT ID CZ04398530 (“we”).

What data we process and why

The “Demo and contact” form

When you send us the form, we process:

• your name,
• the name of your brewery,
• your e-mail address,
• your phone number, if you provide it,
• the subject (demo access or quote request) and the website language.

We use the data to reply to you, give you access to the demo version of the application or prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If further business communication follows, we process the data based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Filling in the form is voluntary. Without your name, brewery and e-mail, however, we cannot handle your request.

We do not add data from the form to any newsletter. We will only send you news if you give us separate consent.

Visiting the website

The website does not use cookies or analytics tools and does not track you across websites. Fonts and images are loaded from our own server, not from third parties.

With every visit, the server processes technical data your browser sends automatically: IP address, time, requested page and browser type. It is used to operate and secure the website, which is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). To protect the form against spam, the server keeps your IP address for at most 10 minutes, in memory only.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data or pass it on to other companies for their own purposes. It is handled by our staff and by the following processors who provide technical operations for us:

Transfers outside the EU

Railway Corporation is based in the USA and stores our CRM data on servers in the USA. The transfer is safeguarded by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (Art. 46 GDPR), which form part of the data processing agreement with Railway.

How long we keep data

• Inquiries that do not lead to a business relationship: 3 years from the last contact, after which we delete them.
• If you become a customer: for the duration of the contract and afterwards as required by law (e.g. accounting and tax rules).
• An app trial that does not lead to an order: we lock the account and delete the data 60 days after the trial ends.
• Server technical logs: for the period set by the hosting provider, usually a few weeks.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• know what data we process about you and get a copy of it,
• ask us to correct inaccurate data,
• ask us to erase your data,
• ask us to restrict processing,
• receive your data in a machine-readable format and transfer it to another controller,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Just write to info@gftechnologic.com. We will reply within one month at the latest.

If you believe we handle your data in breach of the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.gov.cz, or with the supervisory authority in your country.

Changes

We may update this policy, for example when we change how we process data. The current version is always on this page.
