Features
Sixteen modules in four groups that follow the app menu. Production is the core, sales and reports are added as needed.
Recipes recalculated automatically to batch volume. Hop additions adjust to the actual alpha acid of the lot, grain bill to your brewhouse efficiency. Infusion and decoction mashing.
The app guides brewing step by step. Rest countdowns with phone alerts, strike water calculation, a running forecast of when the brew day ends.
A calendar of batches and vessel occupancy eight weeks ahead. The system finds the next brewing slot, reports conflicts in the plan and highlights missing materials, skipped cleaning or batches not brewed on schedule.
What needs to be measured, cleaned and packaged today. The app also shows tomorrow's work so it can be prepared in advance.
The whole cellar on one screen. Temperature curves, fermentation day, attenuation, finishing estimate and alerts when a batch drifts from the profile.
Scan the QR code on the tank, enter two numbers, done. Under ten seconds. Works without signal in the cellar.
Cleaning procedures with intervals, CIP records via QR scan and a protocol for every cleaning. A vessel with overdue cleaning is not offered in the plan.
Strains, generations and harvests. The system tracks the number of pitches and tells you when a new propagation is due.
Lots with analytical parameters from the certificate. Consumption is written off directly from the batch, the system watches stock running low.
What can be packaged and into what. The system calculates how many units the packaging material covers according to the bill of materials and warns when clean kegs are missing.
Where kegs are, how often they turn over in a year and which sit too long — unwashed, full in stock or at the customer. Beer in stock in kegs by batch.
Generated by itself. The full course of the batch, consumed lots, measurements, charts, deviations from the recipe. PDF in one click.
Order intake, reservation of finished beer, price lists per customer. The system knows what is in stock and what is still conditioning.
Delivery planning, delivery notes, keg scanning at loading. The invoice then matches what the customer actually received.
Cost per batch and per hectolitre from material consumption. Including the cost of losses.
How much beer is lost between wort and keg, brewhouse efficiency, tank occupancy in days, batches of the same recipe overlaid for comparison.
In operation
The phone app has four screens — Today, Scan, Packaging and Delivery. In the morning it shows what to read, brew and clean today, and a day ahead what needs to be prepared.
Packaging runs through the camera — you hold kegs up one after another, the size comes from the scan and the counter ticks up. Sixty kegs in two minutes, no notebook.

Assistant over your batches
Ask in plain language about your own production data — “why did the last batch have lower efficiency”, “when will the lager tank free up”, “which batches used this lot” — and get an answer together with the batches and measurements it is based on.
It has no access to the database and does not calculate on its own: it always returns the same number you see on the batch card. It does not fill in missing readings. It is optional and can be switched off at any time.
