Stock and packaging
What is in stock and what can be packaged
Ingredients by lot, packaging, kegs and finished beer. Consumption is written off from the batch and from packaging, so the stock level comes from production and watches itself.
Ingredient stock
Receiving a lot: supplier, use-by date, purchase price in CZK or EUR (pre-filled from the last delivery) and the analysis from the certificate: alpha acid, extract, EBC colour. Consumption is written off from the specific lot into the batch.
Stock watches itself. For the ingredients that matter you set a minimum level, and the app compares it with free stock, meaning stock minus what planned batches will use. When a planned batch will not have enough, the plan shows "Planned batches are short of ingredients" and exactly what is missing.
Ingredients running low arrive in the evening e-mail summary, and an order goes to the last supplier by e-mail in one click.
- QR lot labels, 24 per A4 sheet
- A lot received without a price waits for it
- ČNB exchange rate for purchases in foreign currency
Packaging
Kegs, bottles, cans and tankers. Kegs are counted by scanning on the phone, bottles and cans by number. Packaging and materials are written off by the bill of materials, and the app shows how many units the stock covers.
Packaging requests are entered by the head brewer, or created automatically from orders for what is not in stock, due the working day before delivery. When washed kegs are missing, the app warns.

- Safety stock for every beer and package
- The difference from the litres actually filled is recorded as loss
- Monthly packaging report as CSV and PDF
Kegs
Every keg has its cycle: new, washed, full in stock, shipped, returned. The app shows where kegs are, how many times an average keg turns over in a year and which have been lying too long: unwashed over 7 days, full in stock over 60, out over 30.
Beer in stock in kegs by lot and size, oldest first. A keg returned with a complaint goes into quarantine and the head brewer decides whether the beer is fine or gets poured out.

- Foreign kegs: received by scanning and returned to the owner
- Customers' own kegs without a deposit
- Keg labels and keg stocktake by scanning
Brew sheet
The brew sheet builds itself from the entries: recipe plan against reality, lots used with supplier and analysis, operations, readings and losses. At the end it shows what is missing from the record.
Each tank has a cooling protocol with the fermentation chart and cellar losses. Both documents are printed or saved as PDF from the browser.
- Bottle labels with values from the readings, 65 or 24 per A4 sheet
- A public batch page via QR code
Stocktake
Stocktake of ingredients, packaging and finished goods. It is started and closed in the office and counted on the phone: scanning a label opens the item and the count is entered.
A closed stocktake is saved as PDF or CSV with a line for the signature.
