Breweries that deliver
Deliveries to pubs without paperwork or chasing kegs
For a brewery that takes kegs and bottles to pubs: delivery rounds, loading with a scan, a signed handover on the phone. The delivery note, the kegs at each pub and the driver's cash are all recorded by themselves.

When and where do we go?
Each delivery place belongs to a round that runs, say, every Tuesday or on the first Thursday of the month. The weekly plan shows which rounds run, what is carried and how much space it takes in the van. The day map shows the stops.
- Exceptions: holidays, an extra run because of a public holiday
- If the load doesn't fit in the van, the plan warns you
- Standing orders from pubs are created by themselves 14 days ahead, on the round's days
Will the beer be there to deliver?
When you take an order, the app already shows whether the goods are in stock, whether the beer in the tank will be ready by the delivery day, or how many pieces are missing. The order with the earlier delivery day has priority.
- Prices from the price list, promotions and volume discounts are worked out by themselves
- With the B2B portal module, pubs order by themselves and you just confirm
Do the right kegs get loaded?
The driver scans the kegs with the phone when loading. The app rejects a keg with a different beer or size, an empty keg and a keg that is already out. It works without signal too; the scan is checked when the signal comes back.
- The delivery note shows the batch and number of every keg
- Bottles and cans are entered by count, also by cartons or crates
What happens at the pub?
At the stop the driver sees what is carried, the delivery hours and the note for the place. They record what the pub didn't take, scan the empty kegs, record the crates and get a signature. The delivery note is created by itself.
- If nobody is there: no signature, with a note on where the goods were left
- If the pub takes nothing, the goods go back and the order moves to the next round date
- The publican can also pay an older invoice, in cash or by QR code
Where are our kegs?
Every keg has its number, and the app knows which pub it is at and what deposit the pub paid for it. The customer card shows their kegs and crates with the deposits.
- Returned empty kegs are deducted on the delivery note; a pub that pays cash gets the deposit from the driver on the spot
- A keg from before the app: you decide on refunding the deposit in the office
- A pub with its own kegs: they are filled by count, without a deposit
Does the driver's cash add up?
At the end of the day the phone shows how much the driver collected for delivery notes and older invoices, how much was paid out in deposits, and how much there is to hand in. In the office you take the cash into the till. If a pub pays less, you see the debt on its card.
Who issues the invoice?
The invoice is made from delivered delivery notes, per delivery or as a monthly summary. It goes by e-mail with a QR code for payment. Your accountant gets the invoices as a file for Pohoda, Money S3 or ABRA Flexi.
And if the pub picks it up?
Mark the order as a pick-up at the brewery. It doesn't go by van, and when they come for it, you record the handover: kegs, bottles and the delivery note in one go.
