Sales and reports
From order to invoice
Orders, deliveries, invoices, the cash register, the customer portal, costing, statistics and excise duty. Sales is a separate module that a brewery switches on when it needs it.
Deliveries
A weekly delivery plan by routes with any repeat rule, public holidays marked. Van capacity and a map of the day. The driver loads by the phone and a keg that does not belong to the order is refused.
The delivery note is created on delivery: loaded minus what the customer did not accept. The invoice then matches what the customer actually received.
At the pub the driver collects cash for the delivery and for older unpaid invoices too. The money is applied to the invoices straight away, and the office sees who holds the cash until it is handed in at the till. Cash collected by drivers is sent to EET 2.0 just like till sales.

- Deposits on kegs and returnable crates, refunded on the next delivery note or in cash
- The customer's keg balance on the delivery note
- Finger signature, partial acceptance
- A daily cash summary for the driver and the office
Invoices
An invoice from delivery notes, optionally one summary invoice per month. A closed invoice gets its number and the PDF is archived. Credit notes, payments including partial ones, sending by e-mail with the PDF.
Every invoice carries a Czech QR payment code, PAY by square for Slovak customers. The driver can show the QR code of an unpaid invoice on the phone too.

- Export to Pohoda, Money S3 and ABRA Flexi: delivery notes, invoices, credit notes and the customer list
- An overview of unpaid and overdue invoices
- Links to related documents on every order, delivery note, invoice and credit note
- Brewers see invoices read only; the owner, or whoever the owner allows, issues them
Cash register
Over-the-counter sales at the brewery: bottles, cans, kegs with a deposit and other goods such as glasses or soft drinks, at the prices of the counter price list. A sold keg leaves stock, and when the customer brings it back empty, the till pays out the deposit. The same goes for a returnable crate. An unpaid invoice can be paid at the counter too.
Payment is in cash or by QR code. The receipt is issued at once and never changes; a mistake is corrected by a cancellation. At the end of the day the till is closed: the cash counted against the balance in the app, including the cash handed in by drivers.
Till sales and cash collected by drivers are sent to EET 2.0, the Czech electronic sales register. The till certificate from the tax portal is uploaded in the settings. When EET does not respond, the sale is not held up and the app sends it again by itself.

- Receipts can carry the buyer's name or company
- Monthly sales overview with a VAT summary
- Export of cash receipts to Pohoda, Money S3 and ABRA Flexi
Customer portal
Pubs order by themselves in a private portal. They see their price list with promotions and discounts, and availability in words: in stock, maturing and ready from a given day, or short. The portal does not show stock quantities. An order from the portal appears in the app and the brewery confirms it.
The brewer can open pre-orders for a seasonal beer with a total quantity and the date it can be delivered from. Pubs book it while the offer runs, and no more than the total can be booked.
- The brewery invites a pub and decides what it sees in the portal
- Standing orders, documents and the pub's kegs with deposits
- Messages with the brewery, complaints and news
Costing
Cost per tank and per batch from the purchase prices of the lots used (with the ČNB rate for foreign currency), packaging and a flat rate per batch. The result per litre and per unit.
Once the tank is closed, the cost is per litre packaged, so it includes the losses along the way. A pre-costing shows the cost of a recipe before brewing.
Statistics
How much beer is lost on the way from wort to package, split by phase. Brewhouse efficiency, vessel occupancy in days, cycle time and recipe against reality.
Excise duty
A monthly report for the accountant built from what left the brewery: keg dispatch, release from stock, counter sales and returned beer. The duty is calculated by whole degrees Plato from the recipe, at the rate band the owner sets for each year. Losses in the brewery are kept separately and are not taxed.
When the measured wort is a whole degree stronger than the recipe, the app warns you to check the label. We prepare the documents and calculate the duty; the return is filed by the taxpayer.
- Monthly report in PDF and CSV
- Movements by batch and document
