Brewery settings and notifications

Settings in the office app is divided into sections. You only see the ones that concern you and that your brewery has.

Sections

• Brewery: Brewery details, Site and Public batch pages. Changed by the owner.
• Production: Cooling profiles, Water analysis, Numbering and Workstations.
• Packaging and stock: Containers, Keg management and Safety stock.
• Sales: Invoicing. Only if you have the sales part.
• Notifications: the morning reading reminder and the evening daily summary.
• People and data: People, Change history and Data export. Owner only.
• My display: Appearance, dark for the cellar and light for the office. Applies only to this device.

Production, packaging and notification settings are changed by the brewer or the owner.

Morning reading reminder

Once a day the phone gets a list of tanks nobody has recorded anything for that day.

1. Under Notifications, open Morning reading reminder.
2. Tick Send the morning reminder.
3. In the At field, enter the time the crew arrives. The default is 8:00.
4. Click Save.

The reminder goes to everyone with notifications turned on on their phone, see The app on your phone. If every tank has a reading, nothing is sent. A new time takes effect the next day.

Evening daily summary

Once a day in the evening an e-mail arrives with what happened, where nothing was recorded and what is coming up.

1. Under Notifications, open Evening daily summary.
2. Tick Send the evening summary and, in the At field, enter a time after the shift ends. The default is 19:00.
3. Click Save.

The summary goes to the brewery's owners. On days when nothing happened, it is not sent. Anyone who does not want it unticks Send the summary to me under My summary and saves. Nothing changes for anyone else.
